Exhibitors are responsible for own set up materials  (i.e. tables, chairs, canopies, etc.) 

Early registration fee is $15.00 for a 12’ X 12’ site (After June 1, 2018 registration fee is $20)  Absolutely no refunds for any reason 

Space is limited to 100 crafters 

Crafter’s set up time: 7:00am—8:30am 

Each exhibitor is responsible for the collection of sales tax 

Hand crafted arts, crafts items only—no food concessions, flea market or rummage items.   

We reserve the right to remove objectionable objects 

Each exhibitor shall keep their area neat and clean during
